This term in-home economics these are the following meals the class has done so far . Good balance meals is protein , Vitim , carbohydrates , fat and fibre .
Pita - pockets=For the pita pocket it was the first time i ate the the meal . it was a balance meal because the bread is a carbohydrate , cheese is a protein , vegetable is a Vitim , ham is a fat , carrot is a fibre .
Chicken Stir Fry =For the chicken stir fry it was good balance meal . it have chicken is a protein , broccoli is a Vitim , noodles is a carbohydrate , sesame oil is fat , fibre is a carrot .
Spaghetti and meatball=For the spaghetti and meatball it was a good balance. it was hard to do the sauce . it have noddles is a carbohydrates , beef is a protein , carrot is fibre , oil is a fat , tomatoes sauce
is a Vitim .
Corn Fritters=For the corn fritter it was a good balance . it was easy to made . it have egg for carbohydrates, ham for a protein , corn for a fibre , oil is fat , sweet chille sauce is a vitim.
