I think that the characteristic that a dictator mostly has are powerful , judgemental. Powerful: many listened and not many didn't .Judgemental : Hitler believes if one is not of the ''ultimate race '' he would say there not needed . I think the best dictator in characteristic of it is Adolf Hitler.
